Q: Can I find these products in a retail location?
A: YES! The Workhouse at 50 SE Scott St #6, Bend, OR 97701 at Briar's personal open studio space, open 7 days a week 9am to 5pm. You can also find products at Canyon Yoga Collective in Redmond, Oregon and at Metolius Rose Farmstand in Redmond, Oregon.
Q: Do you sell in person?
A: Yes. at local maker markets in Oregon, see the "Events" page to see upcoming markets to come visit in person! SPECIAL discounts often available in person only :) AND at The Workhouse at Briar's open studio space. Find her there, in person, making all the products and working with her local community.
Q: What is the shelf life of these products?
A: 24 months full potency for all products. The essential oil blends are 2-5 years full potency if kept in a cool, dark environment. Store the Bliss Balm (body butter) and salves in the fridge or freezer to extend shelf life.
Q: Can I pickup locally in Bend and save shipping costs?
A: Yes! Just choose "local pickup" at checkout and you will get an email when the product is ready for pickup at The Workhouse. Pickup hours are from 9am to 5pm 7 days a week at The Workhouse in Bend, OR. Please email wildriverrosellc@gmail.com if specific pickup instructions are needed.
Q: Will the Bliss Balm, salves, sun balm, lip balm, and deodorant melt in the heat?
A: Yes! These are made with 100% natural oils, no additives or preservatives to prevent melting. Keep out of hot cars, especially in the summer months. Keep out of direct sunlight. Suggest keeping products in the fridge for longer shelf life and to preserve the consistency. If you order salves or body butters in the hot summer months, be sure to promptly remove from the mailbox and do not let sit on the door step, especially in the sun. Suggest keeping all products below 75 degrees Fahrenheit. If products melt they may re-solidify in a different way, this should not effect the quality of the product but may look or feel different then originally packaged. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR PRODUCT STORED IMPROPERLY!
Q: Do you use any preservatives or artificial fragrances?
A: NO! All natural ingredients only. Ingredients are FROM NATURE. No preservatives, artificial fragrances, artificial colors, chemicals, solvents, plastics, thickeners, seed oils, or refined ingredients. Most ingredients are certified organic. Using fair trade cocoa butter and local Royal Bee beeswax from Central Oregon. You can feel good about using these products! They are all hypoallergenic. Suggest testing all products on a small patch of skin to note any allergies or sensitives that vary in each person. Use caution when using essential oils on children. No refunds will be given for adverse effects from products.
Q: Can I refill my containers?
A: YES! $1 discounts for all container refills. Please contact wildriverrosellc@gmail.com if you plan to refill an existing container. Locals can do pickup and drop off in Bend. If you are not local, you are responsible for shipping costs to and from Bend, OR.
Q: What ingredients do you grow?
A: Calendula, chamomile, rosemary, lavender, lemon balm, marjoram, curry, peppermint, spearmint, yarrow, thyme, comfrey, echinacea, raspberry, mullein, thistle, and dandelions.
Q: What herbs do you wild harvest?
A: Depending on what is in season: plantain, rose, echinacea, comfrey, lavender, yarrow, and dandelion. Always looking for more plants to use in our products
Q: Where do you get the beeswax from?
A: Briar's friend Emily Palmer who owns The Royal Bee in Bend Oregon provides the beeswax. All beeswax products come from Emily, she lives 3 miles from Briar's house in Bend. The bees live in Bend, Tumalo, and Redmond in the wildflowers. Honey is available seasonally, please email wildriverrosellc@gmail.com for honey inquiries.
Q: Can I order a custom size or blend?
A: YES! Just email wildriverrosellc@gmail.com or make a note in your order for specific blend requests or size requests. Most products are customizable including the essential oil blends, roller, spritzers, beard oil, hair oil, sunshine serum, Bliss Balms, deodorant cream, & sun balm.
