Q: What is the shelf life of these products?
A: 24 months full potency for all products. The essential oil blends are 2-5 years full potency if kept in a cool, dark environment. Store the balms, body butters (lotions), and salves in the fridge or freezer to extend shelf life.
Q: Can I pickup locally in Bend and save shipping costs?
A: Yes! Just choose "porch pickup" at checkout and you will get an email when the product is ready for pickup. Pickup hours are from 8am to 6pm 7 days a week. Please email wildriverrosellc@gmail.com if specific pickup instructions are needed.
Q: Will the body butters, salves, sun balm, and deodorant melt in the heat?
A: Yes! These are made with 100% natural oils, no additives or preservatives to prevent melting. Keep out of hot cars, especially in the summer months. Keep out of direct sunlight. Suggest keeping products in the fridge for longer shelf life and to preserve the consistency. If you order salves or lotions in the hot summer months, be sure to promptly remove from the mailbox and do not let sit on the door step, especially in the sun. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR MELTED BODY BUTTERS!
Q: Do you use any preservatives or artificial fragrances?
A: NO! All natural ingredients only. Ingredients are FROM NATURE. No preservatives, artificial fragrances, artificial colors, chemicals, solvents, plastics, thickeners, seed oils, or refined ingredients. Most ingredients are certified organic. Using fair trade cocoa butter and local Royal Bee beeswax from Central Oregon. You can feel good about using these products! They are all hypoallergenic. Suggest testing all products on a small patch of skin to note any allergies or sensitives that vary in each person. Use caution when using essential oils on children.
Q: Can I refill my containers?
A: YES! $1 discounts for all container refills. Please contact wildriverrosellc@gmail.com if you plan to refill an existing container. Locals can do porch pickup. If you are not local, you are responsible for shipping costs to and from Bend, OR.
Q: What ingredients do you grow?
A: Calendula, chamomile, rosemary, lavender, lemon balm, marjoram, curry, peppermint, spearmint, yarrow, thyme, and dandelions.
Q: What herbs do you wild harvest?
A: Depending on what is in season: plantain, rose, echinacea, comfrey, lavender, yarrow, and dandelion. Always looking for more plants to use in our products
Q: Can I order a custom size or blend?
A: YES! Just email wildriverrosellc@gmail.com for specific blend requests or size requests. Most products are customizable including the essential oil blends, roller, spritzers, the body butters, deodorant cream, & sun balm.
