How to Use

Spray 4–8 sprays onto clean skin and gently massage until absorbed. Apply to feet, legs, arms, shoulders, or other areas of tension as part of your daily wellness routine or before bedtime to encourage relaxation. A slight tingling sensation may occur, especially when first using magnesium spray; this is normal and often decreases with regular use. Avoid contact with eyes, face, and broken or freshly shaved skin.
